At Trak Racer, we stand by the quality of our racing simulators and electronics; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in new, resaleable condition to qualify for a refund.

Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all bolts, cables, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to Trak Racer
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the hardware for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
